Registration will be accepted until April 4. Registrations received after April 4, will be held for onsite registration.  Please be advised that a limited number of registrations will be available onsite - register today!

Reception tickets only need to be purchased for attendees NOT staying at the Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore and which to attend the reception. Individual Lunch tickets are for persons who are not attending the conference, but wish to attend the luncheon only.  Lunch is included the full conference registration and Thursday Single Day registration.

Headquarter Hotel Information

Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore is the headquarters for this year's Spring Technical Conference. This all-suite hotel is two miles, seven minutes from Tampa International Airport and provides complimentary airport shuttle service.  Taxi fare is approximately $20, one-way, excluding gratuity.

Suite rates are available two days pre- and post-conference and are subject to Tampa hotel taxes.

All guest rooms are two-room suites featuring a living room with sofa bed, workstation, flat screen TV, with mini-fridge, micro wave, coffee maker/coffee and wet bar. Bedrooms feature one king or two double beds, flat screen TV, hair dryer, telephone with voice mail, alarm clocks with MP3 player connectivity, iron and ironing board. Complimentary USA Today newspaper, use of the business center, fitness center and swimming pool are also included.

The Hampton Inn Tampa International Airport Westshore is offering Milling & Baking Conference delegates a rate of $125.00 plus applicable taxes.  They are located less than one mile from the Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore hotel and have offered complimentary transportation to/from the conference hotel.  The Hampton Inn has just completed a $2 million renovation, offers complimentary breakfast, and WiFi in guest rooms and public areas.

The deadline for online reservations has passed and this is the only way to reserve a room at the AACC International rate.


Hampton Inn offers an airport shuttle every 30 minutes, on the hour and half hour.  If available, Milling & Baking Conference attendees may use the shuttle to go to the Embassy Suites, where the conference is being held.

Go down to ground transportation/baggage claim (ground floor). The Airport allows commercial vehicles to pick up guests at 4 ground transportation locations. There is a Red side and Blue side, depending on which Airline you use.  Call the Hampton Inn at 813-287-0778, when you arrive at Ground Transportation locations: Red 1, Red 2 or Blue 1, Blue 2. We would pick them up at the circular drive where they would exit the Airport.  The Hampton inn is just 5 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

Golf Tournament – Wednesday, April 9

This year's golf tournament will be held at the Northdale Golf and Tennis Club, Tampa, FL.
Northdale Golf and Tennis Club is minutes from Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore.  Northdale opened in the late 1970's with a Ron Garl design that stayed true to the natural beauty of this former dairy operation, Northdale has undergone a few changes over the years, bringing the course up to USGA standards while maintaining Mr. Garl's original plan of a course that would “sit softly on the land.”
Golf fees are $110/player and include green fees, cart, and lunch. Advance registration and payment is required. Please see registration form for registration. Please indicate your handicap or golf score and whether or not you have transportation to the course.  Rental clubs may be reserved when you register. You will pay for your rental clubs ($25 + tax) onsite at the pro shop. Proper golf attire is required. No cut-off jeans, athletic shorts, tank tops or t-shirts. Metal spikes are not allowed.
