Join us at the inaugural Chemistry, Quality, and Technology Conference, an all-new event – and meeting format – from Cereals & Grains Association. This conference will explore emerging research in cutting-edge areas, leveraging our association’s 100+ years of expertise in analytical methods. Anyone invested in the latest developments in cereal grain research and application should join us as we discover and innovate solutions to advance the future of cereal grain science.

    Technical Abstract Submission

    Submission deadline: June 6

    We are seeking abstracts that feature emerging research and innovation in methods-based content.

    Abstracts will be sought in the following focus areas for both poster and oral formats:


    AI and Food Systems
    Examples: new technologies, predictive modeling, genetics, crop management
    		 Nutrition
    Examples: food adulteration, fiber innovations, carbohydrate emerging research
    Food Safety
    Examples: listeria, pathogens, microbiology
    		 Plant-Based Proteins
    Examples: quality and baking attributes, guidelines, measurement, increasing visibility
    Instruments
    Examples: NIR, beyond proximates, mycotoxins and vomitoxins
    		 Regulations and Traceability
    Examples: heavy metals, pesticides, enhanced policies

    Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by Cereals & Grains Association no later than September 13, 2024. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Registration cancellations received after September 13, 2024, are NOT subject to a refund. Registration fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to Cereals & Grains Association. Attendee substitutions are permitted. If the original registrant is a member, the substitute must also be a member or pay the membership fee or the difference between the member and nonmember rate. If Cereals & Grains cancels the event or associated ticketed events, Cereals & Grains Association is not liable for any charges, including nonrefundable hotel charges, airfares, or change penalties imposed by an airline. By registering for this event, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions. ​
